How does billing work and can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Advanced and Business plans are billed yearly. You can cancel at any time to stop future payments.

What is the difference between Basic and Advanced?

The Basic plan is a one-time payment that includes only a single major version and no product support, while the Advanced plan is an annual subscription that provides regular updates and email support.

Can I use KeyCue for free?

We distribute KeyCue on a “try before you buy” basis. We encourage you to download and try before your purchase. As long as you do not have an account, KeyCue runs in trial mode. In trial mode, some features are disabled, but you can test the overall functionality of KeyCue.

What is the difference between private and professional use?

Private use means personal, non-commercial use. If you use Typinator in a professional context, at work, for your business, or on behalf of a company, a Business license is required.

Upgrade Policy (Perpetual Version)

If you own a license key for a previous major version, you qualify for an upgrade to the latest major version at a reduced price.

License owners of the current major version receive minor updates for free.
